Due to very high demand and order volume and delayed flights, international orders can take up to 10 - 15 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Occasionally due to circumstances outside The Card Caves control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre order policy.
